OVERVIEW
The nail industry is a highly competitive market. Moreover, New York City has the highest density of nail salons in the US. However, there was still an opportunity for sundays to tap into this since most competitors continue to focus on nail color, design and service. There's no other salon with strong emotional values and communication in their brand identity.
APPROACH
During the research, we realized that a trip to the salon is about so much more than just getting nails done, it’s a vital ritual in so many people’s lives – It’s the “Me Moment“.
That’s why we connect nail-care with self-care and wellness through strong brand message, identity and experiential activations to make the brand stand out from all competitors and earn customers’ and medias’ attention!
